Mike, we'll certainly consider it for a future version. Could you send us one of your reports (with cover sheet) so we can see what you are doing. Please email that to support@nestfab.com so it is private from the forum.
I have emailed an example of our cover sheet as we have to generate ours separately also.

A customizable cover sheet for the detailed report would be a huge time saver.
I use a spreadsheet template to generate cover/setup sheets to go into the shop, along with my detailed reports. The ability to generate that sheet from within NestFab would double it's value to me.
